Greater nasturtium is predominantly an annual plant originating from South America. It is considered a gourmet vegetable; its flowers, leaves and seeds are all used. It contains essential minerals as well as a range of trace elements and bioactive substances easily absorbed by the body: essential oils, anthocyanins, polyphenols and vitamins. In addition to culinary uses, the beneficial biological effects of nasturtium have recently been increasingly exploited in the form of tinctures, the most effective of which are bud tinctures.

This nasturtium bud tincture is produced by the small family company Naděje Byliny in Brodek u Konice, as are all other herbal and plant products available under their brand. Production places emphasis on quality and maximum utilisation of the beneficial effects of plant buds on the human body. All buds come from plants and trees that grow in their own gardens.

Recommended dosage

Daily dose = the number of drops corresponding to body weight divided into two or three daily doses (e.g. for a total body weight of 60 kg, divide the dose into 2 x 30 drops or 3 x 20 drops)
