In 2018, on July 4th, our company Phyto CZ, together with Dr. Leung, received a European patent. A patent for the production of Chinese herb standards with high quality and high efficacy linked to traditional Chinese medicine. Dr. Albert Y. Leung's research in this area was honored with the grant of patent number 2185167 by the European Patent Office in July 2018 after a ten-year effort. We are proud that all opponents from the world's professional public identified our Chinese herb production and processing method called "Phyto True Technology" as unique. The granting of the patent only confirms that the quality of our products has been at a very high level since 2000 and does not change. We simply do it honestly and differently from other manufacturers. Since July 2018, our efforts have been confirmed by a European Patent.
Phyto CZ s.r.o. is a purely Czech company without any foreign involvement. In 2012, the company underwent an accounting audit and increased its share capital to 2,000,000 CZK. Since April 2012, the owners of the company have been:

Since 2015, our company Phyto CZ, s.r.o., together with Dr. Albert Y. Leung, began preparing for the production of new herbal products. The following year, we launched two new products. PhytoNaDraka, which accelerates the breakdown of alcohol and reduces the consequences of its consumption. The second product is PhytoKudzu, which contributes to regeneration, cleansing, and strengthening of liver function, helps with migraines and headaches, menopausal issues, and chronic fatigue.

In April 2012, the registration of the Dragon PhytoChi® trademark was successfully completed throughout the European Union, owned by our Phyto CZ, s.r.o.

From 2011, Phyto CZ, s.r.o. became not only a trading company involved in Chinese herb research but also a company engaged in the production of natural products made from traditional Chinese herbs. Together with Mr. Albert Y. Leung, the production of PhytoChi® and PhytoChík herbal medicines was started in the Czech Republic in October 2011. Phyto CZ, s.r.o. represents the manufacturing and commercial interests of Mr. Albert Y. Leung. In 2011, the building of a sales network began, especially in Slovakia and Poland, but also in other countries.

In April 2010, Phyto CZ, s.r.o., together with Mr. Albert Y. Leung, founded Phyto True LLC in the USA. This American company deals with the research of Chinese herbs and the implementation of the Phyto True technology concept in practice. The goal is to promote Chinese herb standards called PTRM™ into production, commercial, and control practice, which have a clear link to long-term tradition of use. Products made from these PTRM™ standards meet the legislative requirements of the European Commission (2004/24/EC) and can be categorized as traditional herbal medicinal products. Patent registrations for this technology are currently underway worldwide on three continents.
In 2010 and 2011, Phyto CZ, s.r.o. prepared a clinical study (Evidence Based Medicine project), the goal of which was to prove the positive effects of the PhytoChi® herbal mixture (herbal tonic) on the human organism using Phyto-True™ technology.

Since 2009, the company has been promoting the use of Phyto-True™ technology, which is now in patent proceedings.

Since October 2008, Phyto CZ, s.r.o. has begun presenting itself as an educational company dealing mainly with the sale of herbal products whose formula was created by Dr. Albert Y. Leung. We want to professionally and engagingly, in a simple form, convince citizens to start taking steps to protect their health. Our motto is: Learn to understand your health with us. Our interest is for people to stop being dependent only on drugs and their own fate, and for people to take an active approach to their health.

Since 2001, the company has been importing and selling the herbal product (herbal tonic) produced by Albert Y. Leung Ph.D., named PhytoChi®. Since 2001, the Czech Republic has become the first country in Central Europe where the sale of PhytoChi® was launched, and Phyto CZ, s.r.o. became the exclusive importer of PhytoChi® not only for the Czech Republic but also for European Union member countries.
