16. 02. 2012 - Phyto CZ, s.r.o. introduces to the European market the first new product in 2012
The tablet form of PhytoChi for the European market was introduced by Mr. Albert Y. Leung at the international conference in Brno 28th Juanuary. Mr. Leung explained to all distributors the dosage of the tablet form of PhytoChi which contains 64 tablets in one bottle (1 tablet = 7,5 ml of the tonic). The price of one bottle (one month use) is the same as the price of the tonic. The tablets of PhytoChi were produced in Czech Republic in cooperation with our company under the personal supervision of Mr. Leung, who personally produces the extracts and supervises the production. We believe that our customers will appreciate the tablet form especially when they are travelling.
16. 02. 2012 - The first international conference of Phyto CZ, s.r.o.
The first international conference of distributors of the herbal product supported by Mr. Albert Y. Leung took place in Brno on Saturday 28th January. The distributors arrived from 3 countries: from Slovakia, Poland and from Czech Republic. Doctors, distributors, owners of the company and experts performed individual goals of the company for the year 2012. PhytoCZ,s.r.o. is preparing the registration for sale of PhytoChi in other European countries. RNDr. Václav Bažata (the member of Botanical Forum of European Union) informed about the legislative preparedness of Phyto CZ, s.r.o. Mr. Albert Y. Leung personally introduced the new product-PhytoChi in tablet form produced in Czech Republic. Mr. Leung introduced the plan of the production for the year 2012 including new products which are ready to be produced in 2012 for European market. The production will continue to take place in Czech Republic under the personal supervision of Mr. Leung. The conference also discussed the clinical studies of PhytoChi. MUDr. Miloslav Mokrý presented the results of the annual clinical monitoring the effects of the herbal tonic PhytoChi on the human organism. MUDr. Petr Bednarčík, CSc. introduced the next steps of the clinical studies team in 2012. The second part of the conference was intended to distributors of individual countries. Doctors presented their clinical experience, distributors presented their experience with the effects of PhytoChi and their business goals for 2012. The new motivational program „PhytoBonus“ was introduced by the owners of the company. The evening was conducted in the spirit of competition and free entertainment. The whole action will be on video which will please the participants of the conference and others who are interested in the company.
09. 11. 2011 - There was introduced new PhytoChi in Poland which was produced in Europe.
On Saturday 5th November there was a conference in Lublin where Mr. Albert Y.Leung peronally introduced PhytoChi produced in Czech Republic. As well as in Slovakia and Czech Republic Mr. Leung pointed out to the distributors and users that the quality of PhytoChi can fully rely on tradition of Chinese medicinal herbs and that he is fully satisfied with the process of the production. He pointed out that the quality of the tonic PhytoChi is clearly one of the best products in the world. In conclusion he informed about news in area of the production. Thanks to the initiative of Slovak doctors the production of tablet form was prepared in Czech Republic under GMP quality. The new product is going to be introduced in January 2012 at the big international conference for all distributors of the company Phyto CZ, s.r.o. operating in Europe. This conference will be also attended by Mr. Albert Y. Leung and by doctors who deals with the effects of PhytoChi. In the second part of the conference Doctor Boguslaw Dembiński pointed out the meaning of PhytoChi from medical point of view. He focused on description of the health problems of the population and he explained the main effects of PhytoChi. He added expertise of Mr. Leungś interpretation of the practice of medicine.
03. 11. 2011 - The company Phyto True LLC took an important step in the area of research in Czech Republic.
During the stay of Mr. Albert Y. Leung two agreements were signed about cooperation in the area of research standards of Chinese herbs in two Czech universities. On Thursday 27th October first agreement about cooperation was signed in Brno at the meeting of representatives of the company Phyto True LLC (Mr. Albert Leung, Mr. Václav Tomek, Mr. Jan Matyska) with Professor Jaroslav Hluška, the Rector of the Mendel University. On Wednesday 2nd November 2011 second agreement was signed with Dean of the Faculty of Pharmaceutical of Charles University and Professor Alexandr Hrabálek. The goal of cooperation is research and evolution of standards of Chinese herbs, which can rely on traditional Chinese literature and history, meaning traditional effects and safety. This research will be conducted in the spirit of patent technology Phyto True which is now registered throughout the world and its use is assumed for the control and production purposes. Universities and institutions in China and USA will continue to collaborate on joint research. From the year 2010 the owner of the patent Phyto True is American company Phyto True LLC in Iowa which is owned by Mr. Albert Y. Leung and by the company Phyto CZ, s.r.o.
31. 10. 2011 - Introducing a new product PhytoChi produced in Europe in Slovakia
On Friday 28th October there was a conference in Galanta where Mr. Albert Y.Leung has introduced PhytoChi which was made in the Czech Republic. He stressed that its quality can fully rely on the tradition of Chinese herbs and expressed his satisfaction over the course of production. During his speech he informed about the initiation of quaity control of the herbal products on the USA market from the side of American FDA on the principles of our technology Phyto True. He explained goals of cooperation in the area of research with Czech universities. During the conference he anwered questions of present doctors and distributors who were mainly asking about the personal experience with the medical effects of the Chinese herbs. Thanks to the initiative of doctors from Slovakia, mainly MUDr. Miroslav Mokrý, it was agreed that the company Phyto CZ, s.r.o. is going to start production of herbal tonic PhytoChi which will also be in tablet form. This will expand the portfolio of offered products and satisfy more customer interest. Customers can look forward very soon to the first nice bottles of PhytoChi tablets!!!
27. 10. 2011 - The company Phyto CZ, s.r.o. has started the production of a unique herbal tonic PhytoChi in Czech Republic together with Mr. Albert Y. Leung.
The production of the herbal tonic PhytoChi started in Czech Republic on Wednesday 26th of October. After the selection procedure the contract for production has been signed with the company WAKE, where the product is going to be produced for needs of european market. Author of the product and scientist Mr. Albert Y. Leung was personally monitoring the start of producion and the whole process of production. It was managed to fully meet all standards of quality needed for this unique product thanks to the top technological background of the company WAKE. Clients, users and distributors can once again enjoy great concentrate in the green bottle with capacity 480 ml which is produced udner standard GMP. In conclusion we would like to note that only the product identified by Phyto CZ, s.r.o. has the required quality and composition on the packaging. Companies other than Phyto CZ, s.r.o. (Earth Power Europe, Earth Power ME, …) have been offering products on the market, which are not at all supported by Mr. Albert Y. Leung, the scientist and the holder of the prestigious award of Univerzity in Michigan for Lifetime Achievement. These imitations are no guarantee of content and origin of herbs listed on the label! They are very risky investment for customers with very uncertain effects.
17. 10. 2011 - The company Phyto CZ, s.r.o. has confirmed assignment to sell herbal tonic PhytoChi in European Union
In connection with the authorization to sell herbal products of the scientist Albert Y. Leung in Europe from 9.3.2011, Phyto CZ has received the affirmation from patent expert, which comfirms the authorization from a legal perspective. The result of the communication with Legal departement Office for Harmonization in the Internal Market of the European Union in Alicante, Phyto CZ is authorized to sell the product PhytoChi in European Union. Creator and owner of the copyrights to trademarks „PhytoChi“ and „Earth Power“ is american citizen Mr. Albert Y. Leung. Albert Y. Leung ended cooperation with polish company Earth Power Europe z o.o. . Mr. Leung has given his exclusive permission to use the copyrights to trademarks „PhytoChi“ and „Earth Power“ only to the company Phyto CZ, s.r.o. . It means that nobody else is allowed to use the trademarks „PhytoChi“ and „Earth Power“ without the permition of the owner.
09. 06. 2011 - Company Earth Power ME, Ltd. a judicial ban on the sale in the herbal mixture PhytoChi in Czech Republic
On 6 June 2011 Prague Regional Court issued an injunction against the sale of herbal medicine PhytoChi Earth Power ME, Ltd. and its representatives to Mr. Josef Dolenský and Mrs. Daniela Dolenská. The Court by this decision, based on documented evidence, recognized exclusive representative for the sale of herbal mixtures in the Czech Republic to Phyto CZ, s.r.o. This court ruling has immediate effect and confirms that the right of sale in the Czech Republic have only licensed distributors Phyto CZ, s.r.o. His eventual failure is spoiling the judicial decision must immediately deal with law enforcement proceedings. With representatives of Earth Power ME, Ltd. will continue throughout the court proceedings for damages and lost profits, which caused its holding illegal. Therefore we ask and urge all the responsible distributors and users to contact with other orders for our company. We understand that you were under the influence of distorted and false information. It would be a pity that you could continue to use the great herbal medicine and could help to their surroundings.
